I have been to many different types of flats (or apts ) In Ukraine.The flat that was rented for me by Lilia & her agency was a very good surprise. The first room was a sitting room complete with a T.V & C/D video player. Next was a very large master bedroom complete with A/C unit as well. The bathroom was a full size with a clothes washer which I used to keep up with my very limited amount of clothing. It had a full shower & toilet. The Kitchen & dining area overlook a very nice street view. There was a full stove & refrigerator for your usage for a breakfast in the morning if you wish. The flat was fully secured with a very normal metal downstairs door. The courtyard was open when it needed to be also. The front door to the flat was also very secure. The flat was very clean & comfortable to be in or to entertain a women who wanted to see where you were staying.

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, and economical. It is nice that it is located close to your office and in the very center of Kharkov. It was nice to have the air conditioning, internet, clothes washer available. The price is very good for such a good apartment

Thank you for being so helpful! The apartment was very nice. It's in the very center of the city, the furniture and the eqipment (TV, microwave owen etc) are new. Looks like the apartment was recently renovated. Also, I'd like to thank Anya for translating the business meeting and Vitaliy for the transfer.

They took into consideration my wishes and descriptions of the way the apartment must look like and I was pleasantly surprised to discover them all in it.
